Yes, you can.  Our curtain specialist will provide FREE site quotation with totally no cost or obligation on your part.

2.I am very busy and do not have the time to visit your show room.  Can your curtain specialist bring your curtain/ blinds sample books to the site for my viewing?

Yes. Our curtain specialist will bring our latest curtains/blinds sample books to show you at the site. 

3.Will your curtain specialist pressure us to confirm an order?

No, we do not believe in hard-selling.  Our specialist will provide you with professional service and advice.  The final decision rests with you.

4. Is there any warranty for installation job?

  Yes, all blinds systems, wooden pole, iron rod and curtain rail come with a two-year warranty.     

               2 Years Online warranty registration.    

                      5 Years Online warranty registration.             

5. Do you provide after sales service after the warranty period?

Yes.   All customers’ order information is stored in our computer database. This enables us to provide you with efficient after sales service.

6. Do you subcontract out the sewing of curtains?

No. All curtains are cut and sewn by our own experienced sewing force. You have our assurance in quality.

7.My house is new and clean. Will the installation job dirty my place?

No.  Our staff are well-trained and well-equipped to ensure minimal mess.

We usually make the delivery within 14 days or earlier, if possible. However it may take us a little longer during peak period.
